Dr. Alison Gussack

Dr. Gussack was a veterinary assistant for 12 years before attending the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated in 2002 and moved back to Chattanooga with her husband, Paul, and various dogs and cats. She worked at South Rhea Animal Hospital and Middle Valley Animal Hospital before starting Vet2Go Housecalls in 2011. She now lives on a mini farm with additional dogs, cats and some really adorable baby goats. Her hobbies include gardening, knitting and reading pretty much anything.

 

Victoria

receptionist / assistant

Victoria grew up in Texas and moved to Chattanooga in 2023. She loves being around all animals and is especially adept at calming anxious pets. She enjoys spending time with family and her two rescued dogs, Peaches and Roscoe.

 

Chalena

receptionist / assistant

Chalena has been a veterinary assistant for 7+ years. She graduated from the Chattanooga State Veterinary Technology program in 2023 and is currently working on getting her Veterinary Technician license. In her free time she is at home caring for her reptiles, tarantulas, dogs and cats.

 

Dr. Mary-Ables Ray

Veterinarian

Dr. Ray grew up in Northeast Tennessee surrounded by horses, cats and dogs. After attending graduate school in Santa Cruz, she returned to Tennessee for veterinary school (Go Vols!). Upon graduation, she moved south to Chattanooga with her fiance - they never want to leave! Her veterinary interests include feline medicine, anesthesia/analgesia, behavior and nutrition. Outside of work, she loves tending to her kitties (Karl Landsteiner, Robert Barany and Paris Geller), gardening, trail running and sport climbing.
